Acquisition of Niscayah (Hong
Kong) Limited
On behalf of ASC (HK) Limited, I am delighted to confirm that we have with immediate effect, engaged in a total acquisition of Niscayah Hong Kong Limited’s (“Niscayah HK”) shares & business in the region.
Pursuing an optimistic perspective towards the security systems market, ASC decides to continuously expand within the industry via all channels. Hence, after months of constructive discussions with Niscayah HK, the transaction was done on 25th March 2010 after signing off of all the documents by the shareholders of Niscayah HK.
ASC assures such deal will not only maintain the operations of Niscayah HK as usual, but with greater support from our existing workforce, current customers of Niscayah HK shall be expected to enjoy an even more privileged customer services from now on
Also an exclusive agent for distributing the Pacom products in the region,
Niscayah HK remains
(together with ASC) receiving perennial supports from the Niscayah Group
just as before.
One of the keys to success relies on the synergy from business cooperation
