ASC has been establishing different communication channels with our staffs starting in 2008. We conducted regular forums and anonymous surveys to recognize their needs. Besides, a personal email has been set up to grant direct access from all levels of staffs to the directors of the company. Furthermore, a full range of medical benefits was being introduced to sustain the workplace safety.
