ASC is committed to treat the health and safety issue as a first priority in relation to all business aspects. All employees and subcontractors shall observe all statutory requirements and house rules that are related to their works and co-operate with the management to implement this policy and to avoid injury to themselves and others.
To achieve the objectives of the Health & Safety Policy, ASC top management is committed to:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations as the minimum requirement.
- Provide adequate and appropriate resources to implement the safety policy.
- Ensure its understanding, implementation and maintenance at all levels of employees and sub-contractors.
- Ensure all employees and sub-contractors have received appropriate training and are competent to carry out their duties and responsibilities to implement this policy.
- This policy and overall health & safety performance will be reviewed annually and safety audit will be conducted twice a year to access and monitor of the performance.
