Established and started to operate in 2006, our Risk Response Centre (RRC) is built to international standards, BS 5979, and complied with the requirements from the Hong Kong Security and Guarding Services Industry Authority (SGSIA) and Hong Kong Fire Services Department (FSD).

Our RRC is operated by licensed staffs in shifts and is fully supported by a professional maintenance team. The centre operates 24/7 to ensure every request from our customers is quickly responded. Currently, our RRC is licensed to monitor both security, fire alarm signals and other facilities management monitoring.
